Balanced Hybrid Model – Our care model includes one synchronous in-home session per family, with the rest delivered asynchronously through coaching, messaging, and follow-ups, allowing therapists to work on their own schedule while minimizing drive time. Highly Flexible Scheduling – Set your own hours and workload. Work as much as you like with a minimum of 20 clients (~15 hours per week). Mix & Match Caseload – Choose a combination of hybrid (in-home + virtual) and fully virtual clients. Meaningful Parent Coaching – Empower parents so therapy extends beyond sessions, creating lasting progress for children. Expert Mentoring & Support – Collaborate with experienced OTs and mentors; includes 1:1 support from our in-house clinical neuropsychologist. Impactful, Whole-Family Care – Kinspire’s continuous care model guides families in real time with tools to thrive. Technology & Tools Provided We developed a digital platform to simplify documentation, communication, and care delivery so you can focus on helping families. Kinspire’s platform enables seamless communication, scheduling, and documentation. Secure messaging and video calls support families between sessions. Access to shared resources & clinical tools enhances treatment planning. Training & Onboarding We provide structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success, including comprehensive training on Kinspire’s care model and platform, ongoing mentorship and peer collaboration, monthly group mentoring sessions to discuss cases and refine strategies. Who We’re Looking For Experienced Pediatric OTs – Minimum 5+ years of pediatric OT experience (10+ years preferred). Parent Coaching Experts – Strong background in coaching caregivers and guiding family-centered interventions. Clinicians Who Want Flexibility – Seek better work-life balance without sacrificing meaningful client connections. Passionate, Innovative Therapists – Excited about concierge OT and a forward-thinking care model. Position Requirements Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Licensed OT in South Carolina . Strong background in sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and family-centered interventions. Comfortable with both in-home visits and virtual parent coaching.
