Supporting the existing HRIS environment during a major platform transition, the contract HRIS Analyst with ADP Vantage will provide user support, system administration, and reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day user support and administration for ADP Vantage and related modules Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ADPR reports and reporting-related issues Configure and maintain Vantage business rules, workflows, and organizational structures Required qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on HRIS experience, particularly with ADP Vantage Strong experience with ADPR reporting and HRIS security administration Working knowledge of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues in a production environment Experience with system testing, data validation, and documentation
