Serving as a System Administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the full-time HRIS Analyst Intermediate will manage configuration changes, troubleshoot end-user issues, and develop training materials, all while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Key responsibilities Perform configuration changes to the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of employee data Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional end-user issues, maintaining standard operating procedures Develop training materials and conduct education sessions for the assigned functional area Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Talent Management
