PILATES INSTRUCTOR — JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Pilates Instructor

WHO WE ARE

We are a locally owned and operated Club Pilates franchise serving the Brzezniak District, Barrington, The Arboretum, and Evergreen Park communities. We believe in building strong relationships, creating meaningful connections, and providing a welcoming environment where both our clients and instructors feel valued.

We take pride in being locally owned and operated, with a hands-on, community-focused approach. We believe in people over corporate policies, relationships over transactions, and quality over quantity. We don't believe in a big-box mentality. Instead, we focus on creating a supportive team culture where instructors are respected, individual contributions matter, and everyone has the opportunity to grow.

Our goal is to build studios that feel like a community, not just a place to work out. We value passionate instructors who care about their clients, support their teammates, take pride in their craft, and want to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

When you join our team, you become part of a locally driven business that believes great experiences start with great people. We are looking for instructors who share our commitment to exceptional instruction, personal connection, teamwork, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
